When ever I travel, my make-up routine changes in the sense that I don't particularly want to be wearing a full face of make-up in unbearable heat. So here are my favourite products and my essentials that I use when i'm going out in the evening. I try and limit the amount of products I put on my face, and found that wearing a light weight foundation like this Chanel 'Perfection Lumière Velvet' is perfect for a light coverage. I like to apply mine using a damp Beauty Blender.

For concealer, I like to use the Nars 'Radiant Creamy Concealer' in the colour 'Custard'. This one has a light-weight formula, but also a great coverage, meaning I don't need to apply a tone. I dot the product just underneath my eyes, and blend using the same Beauty Blender.

The Laura Mercier 'Secret Brightening Power' sets both my under eye concealer and t-zone to prevent any shininess throughout the day/evening, while setting the products. It's extremely light-weight and prevents creasing. I also apply this with a Beauty Blender.

Moving onto the eyes, I love Bobbi Browns eyeshadow in the colour 'Toast', which I apply to my crease and my lower lash line. It's a beautiful warm colour, that makes your eye stand out with little effort. To finish off the eyes, I use Benefits 'They're Real' mascara (I also love their new 'Roller Lash') and apply either a thin coat, or a double coat depending on the look i'm going for.

My all time favourite bronzer right now is Mac 'Give Me Sun', it is such a beautiful, sun kissed colour, perfect for holiday or when you have a tan just to give yourself a natural looking glow, and add some definition. I use this product on my cheek bones and temples. You can even dust a little on your chest and neck to blend the colour down and give yourself even more of a glow.

To add a little colour back into my cheeks, I use Mac's 'Pinch O' Peach' blush with a very light hand as this product is super pigmented, and lastly for the face, a highlight from Kiko, which is one of their Water Shadows in the shade 'Light Gold'. You can use this wet or dry, I like to sweep a little on the highest point of my cheekbones, in the inner corner of my eyes, my brow bone, the tip of my nose, and on my cupids bow. This gives a beautiful, glowing look.

Finally, for lips, I normally line them with a nude/pink liner, and top it off with an orange toned lipstick, the ones shown are Chanel 'Rouge Coco, Charme, 40' and Mac 'Shy Girl' Both colours look great with a glowing tan, and are perfect for the summer months.

What are your favourite summer make-up products?
